Instrument Sterilizer (Non Elec.)
The Instrument Sterilizer (Non Elec.) is designed for safe sterilization of surgical tools without the need for electricity, using a high-temperature process.
- Non electric Instrument Sterilizer are fuel heated & have inner perforated tray in it.
- If without perforated tray it can be used as instrument box.
Instrument Sterilizer (Elec.)
The Instrument Sterilizer (Elec.) provides fast and efficient sterilization of medical tools using electrical heating for temperature control.
- Are fitted with bakelite / good quality plastic handle & four legs.
- Are electrically fitted with 1kw. – 2kw. Single phase element of 220v/50Hz. As per sizes & three core wire.
- Are available with thermostat to control temperature of water from size 12″ onwards, (kindly add “T” with regular code.)
- Are available with tray lifting arrangement from size 12″ onwards (kindly add ‘TL’ with regular code).
- Are available with thermostat and tray lifting arrangement from size 12″ onwards (kindly add “TTL” with regular code)
- Are available with auto-cut off element for all sizes (kindly add “A” with regular code)
- Product mentioned as “Economy” are made of light gauge as per size.
- Product mentioned as “Deluxe” are made of higher gauge as per size.
- Available in 304 grade S.S. With reasonable minimum order.
- All sizes are approximate.

Instrument Sterilizer (Seamless)
The Instrument Sterilizer (Seamless) ensures uniform and reliable sterilization of medical instruments with a seamless chamber design for improved safety.
- Product mentioned as “Economy” is having 304 grade body & J4 grade cover & perforated tray.
- Product mentioned as “Deluxe” is completely made of 304 grade.
- Product is completely fitted with thermostat & tray lifting arrangement but can be made available without thermostat & tray lifting arrangement.
- Product also available with plain immersion element or auto-cut off.
- Product electrically fitted with 1kw. 2Kw. single phase element of 220V/50Hz. as per sizes & three core wire.
- Lifting arrangement can be made as per jointed instrument sterilizer.
Formalin Vapor Sterilizer
- Product is made of Acrylic Sheet.
- Product mentioned as “Economy” is made of 3mm to 3.5 mm sheet as per sizes.
- Product mentioned as “Deluxe” is made of 5mm sheet.
- Product mentioned as “Super Deluxe” is made of 6mm sheet.
- Product 10″ & 14″ are having two trays.
- Product 20″, 23″. 26″ & 30″ are having three trays.
- Product available in three colors: White, Blue & Green
Fumigator (Aerosol)
- Fumigator converts formalin in to Aerosol form which is 100% biocidol with an adequate of penetrability to destroy every spores.
- Fumigator works with an amazing quickness. Its powerful mechanism instantly converts liquid formalin into true aerosol particles. The portable handy and easy to operate unit can be handled by any staff member or even a room boy. There is virtually no maintenance required.
